I assumed that the final HP listing was correct from here: http://overwatch.gamepedia.com/Hit_points#Shields

My list puts armor into effect though- that list does not.

Reaper WAS a founding member of Overwatch but in the time period that the game is in (after Overwatch has come and gone) he joined up with Talon, which is kinda your stereotypical group of baddies. So really he is a bad guy.

But like it was said before, just because he's a baddie doesn't mean he's bad in this.

I took the numbers on the far right, which look like they include armor.

Probably a made up character as the godfather is my guess.

That OR there's one other founding member of Overwatch named Liao, but we've never met or seen him in the game..
