All right, I'm not sure if I like any of the current votes. First off, I never, and I mean never like it when someone volunteers for a role. So, yeah, I'm not a fan of Ari's right about now.

On that note, why not discuss what these things could do as we vote for them? I mean, the gun is easy. It's going to hold some amount of bullets (gut saysone or three, more likely one). And it's going to allow for killing. It could also be used to interact with something in our environment (remember, this is some kinda psuedo-RPG), which could be big. According to flavor,

As for the bus...well, I think the traditional bus driver role wouldn't fit, given the setting. We appear to be literally in a bus right now, trying to get someone to drive it. I think that the point of the bus driver is to drive the bus. My guess, going by the flavor
