On my phone but I think Pat said something like 'negative' results? Don't think he sad scan until later |
He hinted day 2 that he had something on Herm and on Day 3 he pretty much laid it out prior to Herm's claim. Herm claimed the only thing he could have to avoid being lynched. Could he really be a Miller? Yeah sure but I am not sold. If a better lynch comes along then I could switch my vote but as of right now I think our best odds are lynching Herm.

Yeah Pat pussyfooted around a Cop claim, just said he had info on them. GRANTED a scan seemed most likely but Herm was very confident and would've been fucked if he was wrong |
I can see what you are saying here but from my point of view it was pretty obvious what Pat had on him but looking back Herm was pretty calm about the whole thing. Could have been because he caught on the day before and was ready for it or he is actually a Miller. My vote is staying unless something fishier pops up.

I have a hard time not buying the Miller claim because it happened to me last game. I want really badly to believe Herm. But I suck at scum finding so he probably is scum and pulling the wool over my eyes. I also agree with the cult theory, Zombie Sophie is probably going to bite everyone lol |
Last game has no bearing on this game |

No, but past game experiences are always part of your current thought process.

The point is that Patrick could easily have been tracker / watcher / something else and seen Herm visit someone - in that event a miller claim is hopeless.
Herm is smart enough to claim something that would plausibly fit with whatever evidence Patrick had. Some visiting role if he was seen walking around or maybe bussed if it was a scan.
Miller is also a very shit scum claim. I dont think it has EVER worked? Why claim that as scum? Sure it fits with the scanning but its so dubious that you will never lose the lynch crosshair thats on you.
Also, what information would we gain about other players with a Herm lynch?

That's not what she is saying. She is saying she believes herm because she had the role last game. That has no bearing on this game. |

We could gain information on people like you, Curtis, and Angi who are supporting him.

I do think we'd gain info on a Herm lynch one way or the other. Whether he flips town or scum some people will look shady or clear depending. He's not my top choice for the day tho

He wouldn't have called them out if he were Watcher and saw someone visit them. I could see the Tracker as a possibility but it looked pretty obvious he was soft claiming cop.

I mean if he watched someone who died and Herm was the only visitor, logic would suggest Herm killed them. That would make Herm mafia or vig. I could see Patrick trying to fish information from Herm without saying exactly what he had, just to see the reaction.
But thats just my opinion!
I definitively think we will find some scum in Brian / Jay / Timmah.
Brian hasnt been here at all which make it hard to assess him.
Jay has been quite and finally brings some opinions today, most of whom I disagree with.
Timmah talks a lot but doesnt have a very great track record right now. Sure he was on the Miko lynch train but moving from it would have been seen as scummy. He has not also spent most of his time chasing JC around, instead of lynching very obvious scum in Miko and Dadd.

An interesting point as well is that everyone (apart from the vote thief Vernon vote) on the Titan lynch day 3 is dead. Miko and Dadd being the only scum.
Timmah, Herm and im317 where on Miko
Ahoda, JC, Badger and Vic on Wikey

not agreeing with my opinions = OK reason to think I am scum
My inactivity due to helping my cousin move and taking care of 2 sick babies = Not an ok reason.
The question was just brought up "what would we learn about others if we lynched Herm?" I will now answer the question what would you learn about other players by lynching Jay? The answer is absolutely nothing.
