Also- I spotted this the first time when the wife and I were watching, but we went back to confirm. When chick and Bernard first go into the building, the wall is there. When she makes a reference to the door, suddenly it appears. The design work where they intentionally hid the door from us when the camera was watching Bernard was a pretty nice add.
How can you have any pudding if you won't eat your meat?
There was a hint for her being a host btw, there was a discussion between her and better about the hosts practicing conversation with each other and she says something to the effect of ”is that what you're doing with me? Practicing?"
My biggest problem with it seemed to have been resolved at the end, and that was the continuation of the very shaky Maeve/technicians plot. At least the douchey one FINALLY had some sense this week to try to shut her down, but then the other one acts like a complete idiot. Which wasn't too far out of character initially, but then she SLITS THE OTHER GUY'S THROAT and he STILL feels he's obligated to work with her. Why wouldn't he just play nice until she goes back into her loop and then tell upper management about her? He'd probably lose his job but it's still be a much much smaller mess than a host army uprising would be
But I think the ending fixed that, which I'm glad about. Not because I was rooting against Maeve necessarily, but it would've been extremely contrived if it was just that easy
The MIB/Maeve flashback was really good, one of the best scenes this week
And I'm rly happy Father Abernathy is getting recommissioned. That actor was great

Muh boy KILLING IT!
I saw him in a horror movie awhile ago and he was rly good in it so I was excited to see him in this. Then he went away and I was bummed. Now he's back. HORRAY!
Episode was really good. I feel like they're being so blatantly obvious with the MIB/William twist now. I'm kinda praying they're fucking with us and have something out of left field planned. They must know that people would've picked up on this if that's really how the twist will pan out
Rly disappointed that Theresa wasn't turned into a host. I dunno how plausible that would've been but it would've had fairly horrifying implications if Ford could just clean up his messes that way. Maybe we'll find out that's what he did with Elsie idk
