Online/Offline are different matters though. I'm not introverted online but I tend to be very quiet in person around people I don't know.

I'm a bit of a mixed bag on and offline but I'd like to think there is at least some consistency between the two.

like I can imagine Paul and Boc being Introverted because I get a bit of that through Skype... but people like Mike or Russ I see as being more outgoing or in your face. Or in my case just wacky.

Nah I'm definitely more introvert than extrovert. I am sort of similar to my online (: around people I know well or a bit more around people who are generally approachable.
Everyone else, I am definitely not WACKY around or IN THEIR FACES
There has been the odd occasion when I have realised that someone I'm talking to is an introvert and I have taken more of a lead and acted like an extrovert though. | I'M BLACK MOTHERFUCKERS |

I can be extroverted now and again, but it exhausts me.

it's hard because there are people you would be introverted around or extroverted around. I'm a generally animated guy. But I wouldn't be that way around, say, some old guy I didn't know. Or my boss. But if I were hanging out with friends I would probably be just as crazy to everyone I meet.
Which is the real personality? Sometimes even I can't tell.

Even though I tend to write this stuff off as p silly overall, I found another test that has a 5th metric to it (Assertive vs Turbulent).

The ENTP personality type is the ultimate devil's advocate, thriving on the process of shredding arguments and beliefs and letting the ribbons drift in the wind for all to see. Unlike their more determined Judging (J) counterparts, ENTPs don't do this because they are trying to achieve some deeper purpose or strategic goal, but for the simple reason that it's fun. No one loves the process of mental sparring more than ENTPs, as it gives them a chance to exercise their effortlessly quick wit, broad accumulated knowledge base, and capacity for connecting disparate ideas to prove their points.
An odd juxtaposition arises with ENTPs, as they are uncompromisingly honest, but will argue tirelessly for something they don't actually believe in, stepping into another's shoes to argue a truth from another perspective. |
