That was a fucking amazing episode. Gotta rate that as one of the best of the season, possibly of the series.
Finally some much needed Tyreese development, fantastic. Loving both his and Sasha's characters.
I've always liked Milton but I'm full on in support of him after this one. Sadly I don't think he has much longer left to live. I was shocked he didn't get iced in this episode. Both times the Governor confronted him, I thought he'd get a bullet in the head. And in that last sequence that finally showed Andrea in the torture chamber, I was thinking we'd see Milton's head in a fish tank or something. Pretty sure he's the one that torched the zombie pit so something bad is happening to him soon.
The chase scene with Andrea/Gov was great too. Very edge-of-the-seat the whole time. The walker distractions added even more suspense and I loved that doorway scene. I have no idea why she didn't just steal his truck after she escaped but whatever.
Man. Only two episodes left, fuck that. |

My reaction was just "ANDREAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"
It was a very good episode. I want the Governor to die in that room of his.

That whole time I thought Governor McCheese was holding his arm like he was because he was going to whip out a gun and shoot Milton in the middle of the street.

Finally a good Andrea episode. I truly felt for her as she was just about to call out to Rick and then wham, she's in the governor's torture chamber. Her "fuck you" look as she unleashed all the zombies on him when she opened the doors was pretty cool too and possibly the best Andrea moment all season, if not, series long. I want Milton to be the one who opens up Tyreese's eyes. He'll have to talk some sense into them and I have a feeling Milton will be sacrificed for the greater good.

Yes, this. I thought as Milton walked away the Governor would just shoot him in cold blood
I've always thought Milton was okay but I loved him in this episode. I don't expect him to survive the season, but I'll be glad if he does. I'd like to see him in the prison group
The Tyreese and Allan stuff was great. Holding Allan over the pit like that. Good stuff
Cat and mouse sequence with Andrea and the Gov might be one of my favorite scenes of the show. Very well shot, very suspenseful. I thought Andrea was gonna jump into that doorway to kill herself instead of dying by his hands or something crazy like that. Didn't see the door thing coming but I loved it

Haven't read the thread, but just started watching the series. I'm on episode 9 and I'm hooked. I decided the thing to have in the event of a zombie apocaplypse is definitely a Winnebago.

Yeah, something tells me if you hate zombies you aren't going to like the show.
Though I guess it does heavily focus on the human drama side of things more than the zombies as it has gone along.
Several times in this season they've felt like an afterthought.

Is it burn out because of how prevalent zombies have been in the last decade, or is it how you've always felt about them?

I found out last night I can't watch these alone after dark. lol Kind of freaked myself out a little bit -_- I just watched episode 3 with the city of people and going out to find the other military guys. What. The. Heck!? I can see why everyone is always so anxious to see the next episode.
