Not sure what you guys do here, but 1-2% milk isn't normally diluted, just has some fat removed.

Used to drink whole, then 1.5%, almost never drink milk here for some reason.

It's got fat aka milk solids removed, leaving more whey and water. So yeah, essentially the lower fat is just diluted.

It's like decaf coffee- if you are gonna drink it, why not go all the way. Or fat free ice cream. WTF is the point? It leaves you less satisfied and makes you have more to get that same feeling.

And yes, I cook with a lot of butter. Fuck margarine in the ass.
