I've had people cuss me out thinking I was a squeaker. And then they get all nice when I explain I'm a girl. People would invite me into their apartments after they found out.

I finally saved up enough to buy a place to rest my head. I could have bought something nicer, but I wanted what was the cheapest. It's a really shitty place, but I finally have a place to call home. Too bad I am basically poor again.

Alright, QUESTIONS! I have been REALLY wanting this for a while, but I was kind of holding out for PC and it still doesn't seem to be here. But Christmas is coming and I've heard the phrase "I don't even freaking know what you want so I haven't even looked" in regards to me 4 times this week. That exact phrasing. "A passport to get the hell out of here" was rejected as a response.

-Do you all play on Xbox360?

-(MOST IMPORTANT) Is XboxLive Gold required to do multiplayer?

-I'm generally pretty bad at third person games, ESPECIALLY 3rd person shooters. Will this be a big issue?

-I've actually never owned a GTA game before. I was a huge fan of Bully though. How steep would the learning curve be?

-Is singleplayer fun?

I feel like I'd probably really enjoy it, but since I'm primarily a PC gamer I feel a little torn on it.

not really, you mostly just fuck around anyway unless you're doing campaign

Bully pretty much is GTA. Similar controls, layout and wanted system. I'm incredibly awful at shooters but I never really have a problem in these games.

I die a lot but dying really doesn't do much to you except take some cash out of your account. Most of the missions have a shitload of checkpoints too.

And I honestly prefer the single player to the multiplayer. Multiplayer is fun to fuck around in with friends, but the single player story is incredible. The three main characters are fantastic and the story is the best GTA has ever had.

Bully is one of my favorites ever. I bought it for PC after I retired my ps2 but didnt get into it yet to figure out the controls. I might unretire the ps2 just to start playing again

I remember buying Bully for the PC because it was on sale, but the controls were crazy and I didn't know if you could plug in a controller and play it (I still don't know.). My PS2 has been put out of commission, but I still play it on the PS3 from time to time.

You can. I actually bought a PC controller specifically for Bully.

I did not know this. I bought a wired xbox controller for a couple of games a couple months ago, and I don't even think i use it that much anymore. I used it mostly for Skyrim, but I found out playing in first person with a controller sucks.
