Nope. It's amazing stuff. Olive oil, butter, garlic, mushrooms, and anchovies all mixed up in a hot plate, then you dip bread, meat, cheese, and veggies in it.

Although I might have butchered the spelling. I don't speak Italian at all.

I went yyo a little thai place yesterday and gorged on curry noodle soup. (Khoa soi?)

They brought me some kind of homemade chili oil sauce where they pressure cook the shot out of the peppers and get all of the oil out of them. It was good, but hot as fuck. They called it black chili oil or something like that.
