Our new grill is awesome. One side is gas for when we don't have time, one side is charcoal for when we do, and it has an offset smokebox. Here is the smoked pork loin I did to inaugurate the smoker:



I've done a few nights of ribs, brisket, and a huge pork roast smoked up since we got it.

It's pronounced fix'n, figgsin, or fi'in, but it's still spelled fixing.
