Herm, you still haven't cleared up why you think the mafia can attack in different ways yet. Dog Attacks: N1 (Redster), N2 (Redster), N3 (Ari) Axe: N1 (Nobody), N2 (Curtis), N3 (Timmah) You specifically stated you thought Redster, Curtis, and Timmah were the mafia targets. Do you think the mafia has 2 kills (Dogs + Axe)? That's the only way that's even possible. Otherwise, you can't possibly get those three people attacked by the mafia, in different ways.

I assume that mafia has killed someone every night. I have been taught that in every game I have played that flavor means absolutely nothing and it's dumb to read into any of it, but all the deaths in the flavor for this game is described in similar with the same kind of attacks in repetition. There are two scenarios, either the flavor means everything this game or it's just a waste of time. If it's just a waste of time then I'd say mafia attacked Redster Night 1, Curtis Night 2 and Timmah Night 3. The only reason I'm even considering this possibility is that I am not supposed to read into flavor.

However, I get the feeling that there's something to take from this in this game and let's play with that being the case for a sec.

Night 1:
Brian killed by Redster
Redster attacked by Animals

Night 2:
Buffy killed by Redster
Redster attacked by Animals
Curtis killed by person with Axe

Night 3:
Ari attacked by Animals.
Timmah killed by person with Axe.
Canuck eaten by Hungry Fellow.

I guess that whoever it is that has an Axe is part of the Mafia. I originally thought the Animal person could be the Mafia attacker since it's the only attack the three known nights.

So either mafia also attacked Redster or their attempt either failed or was blocked.

Ari was attacked by the animals, which is why I don't think they were mafia. I did believe the animals was the mafia's way of attacking people prior to this day however.

I'm a bit confused. Two pages ago you stated that you thought Herm trying to side track town by discussing bad theories, but from what I can tell it's you that continues to bring the discussion back to them.

Lol, the mafia could've attacked Badger. I gotta go back and see who started to suspect Badger on Day 2, might be a ton of clues because I think it was around that time when people started to throw lynch votes at him.

animal attack is strange. does not sound like mafia tho. possible vig.

not to go all based on the movie, but, there were german shepards that helped protect the lost group that wondered into the hills. my thought is animal attack is town.

I've never seen the movies but I agree with the idea that the animal attacks are probably coming from a Vig given that they are 3/3 in hitting scum, including both the SK and a mafia member.

When was the last time Angi was viewing this thread? She just jumped on my train with little hesitation, it doesn't seem like she read any of my posts.

Rose is just lurking and not contributing much, although she did tie Vernon with Wikey but hasn't done much else for town.

Looking at the lynch trains and assuming they did not all pile onto the same trains, JC stands out to me as a very likely mafia candidate.

im317 could've been mafia's attack that was blocked night 1. only problem is, he was on the same lynch train with another mafia called Canuck on Day 2 that got Gmaj lynched. Seems kinda weird if mafia would just pile onto the same train to get someone lynched.

Boc doesn't post much and I can get a good reading on him, not sure but his posts seem suspicious.

No idea why you are confused, as that's exactly what I'm pointing out. I called him on his attempt to distract town, he ignored it, I asked again, and he answered it, sort of. It was his insistence that the two kill types were both mafia (while also not being mafia) that had my scummier piqued.

I'd likely invite him for his most recent change-of-heart posts, but I'm not sure where the vote count stands, and I don't want to put myself into a tie, or the lead, by inviting herm. I am much more confident in my alignment as town than I am Herm's at the moment.
