I did flip the switch. Like I said, I don't know what it does, it says so in my role, why not flip it? To our knowledge it literally didn't do anything. It seems like people know more about the switch than I do, which seems....odd!

This whole thing on d7. I thought flipping the switch was involuntary and only happened when Vic was visited?

Unless there is hidden text, it doesn't look like merc and vic are aware of each other, but if that were true, why the hell would vic ever flip the switch?

The switch role makes no sense to me overall, especially it continuing after Merc's death. Plus the fact that it can be switched involuntarily but also voluntarily? I don't understand it
