I will admitted I fucking hated his song this week.

I really like The Shins, but their latest album - and in particular this song - was shit imo :/ instantly skipped it.
This playlist was my least favorite so far, idk what else to say tbh.

I'm pretty sure the open to the Sweet Ones song was directly ripped off from a Sarah Barrelies (spelling???) song, and if I wasn't proctoring a study session right now, I'd track it down.

Lol it’s ok Spin. This whole playlist was kind of a miss for me, too.

The last couple playlists haven’t been very good to me, but I realize it’s because my taste in music is quite different than most here.

But I still love this and look forward to the next one and hope this doesn’t lose steam anytime soon.

I find myself spending a fair amount of time deliberating with myself over my nominations.

this isn't my favorite playlist but I do love the diversity this one holds and its probably the best one for that aspect

So Now What was my fav, closely followed by Hummingbird. I'm gonna save both of them. I can't remember where my third vote went, but it might have been Lipstick

Then I was mistaken. Sara Bareilles' first hit song "Love Song" (2007) completely ripped off the opening to this Sweet Ones song.

NAHHHH: Seven Nation Army - Didn’t dig it. Made me wanna listen to the original instead, it’s way better. I’m down for fun covers but what she did with her voice sounds fake and forced. Is that what she always sounds like or did she just do it for this? It sounds more like she’s doing an impression
