Just did a search using Ben's fancy Google Spreadsheet stats thing. There have been 9 Millers in the course of FE History (according to his records).

I thought I'd been Miller 3 times, but I guess it's only been twice. I probably also hold the record for most times being Vanilla Cop, but I don't really want to look it up.
