The funny thing is all of the people who think the kids are the scary part. Kids are awesome. Pregnant women are absolutely terrifying. All you can do, as a man, during that time is yes ma'am and no ma'am and hope the hormones point elsewhere. |
Sounds similar to married life before and after pregnancy too

I'm pretty sure if I had kids with anyone but a woman, my parents would not want any part of its life. Or at least that's what has been said so far. |
Same. Total hippies. |
I was so confused for a second haha
|
No but really Bryce, I'm sorry to hear that. Do you think they could potentially come around to it with time? |
I honestly think that if I had a kid, they wouldn't shut him out. I think it may be their way of showing their distaste for my choices? I don't see my parents not wanting to engage with their own grandkid. But at least those are the words they are saying.

No, not at all. Pregnancy brain is real. Wife would make plans or promise something and a few minutes later we would be in an argument because she didn't remember it. Even when I had witnesses. |

That's awful. My kids love their grandma and I couldn't imagine them not knowing her or my mom wanting nothing to do with the kids. Also having lesbian grandparents my kids understand same sex relationships and that they are ok and normal. |

If so, you chose the wrong person to get married to.
And I'm speaking from experience. First time wasn't awesome, second time is surprising how easy it is.
