Pretty sure almost all, probably all zones have been visited likely from N2, they get refilled.

But I didn't get anything and didn't get anything N1 when I was the only and first one to go to that zone.

i saw that he said he had a med kit, and that he said he visited zone 11. but i didn't notice the part about when he got the med kit until after you pointed it out.
