I have no problems separating artists from art, like I'd still enjoy a lot of Spacey's movies, and there's still a bunch of Weinstein-produced movies that I'll still enjoy. I think it's more about disallowing certain artists from creating more art

My favorite movie outside of LOTR is The Usual Suspects which....stars Spacey and was directed by Bryan Singer. GREAT!

But I'm fine with separating as well

I live about 25 minutes from Lansing and know some of the parents of the girls that this sick fuck did some of this shit to.

To hear this described by some of victims is totally disturbing, but the thing to me that is even more disturbing is that some of the girls told coaches and such what he was doing back in 1997. Yes 20 years ago, people did nothing about it nor did their do diligence to determine that 'Hey, sticking your finger inside a girl to massage her pelvis is perfectly normal to treat a sore groin.'

This is only the beginning of the down fall from this in my opinion. I hope that each person that was made aware of this and did absolutely nothing is charged with something as well.

What makes the Nassar case so extremely significant to me isn't just how he abused 140+ girls, many of them minors, but how he abused his trust as a medical professional to do it. These poor women probably have such a hard time trusting any medical professional now, and now their passions for gymnastics--a sport they all dedicated their childhoods too--is tainted by this abuse.

It's unfathomably disgusting and tragic. The girls who testified in front of him are so brave and I'm glad that Judge Rosemarie Aquilina is such a badass and being so supportive of everyone who has spoken out against him.
