Unlike last year when we were in the same small dorm room, we've got walls between us this year (the suites) so most of it was pretty muffled. From what I can tell, today was about the strike and how it was getting in her was and how none of her professors deserve more money. Yesterday I think she was mad because she doesn't think her boyfriend will propose to her someday

Side note: professors deserve more money (not less) than they get for putting up with all the crap from the students, administrators, etc.

I agree quite a bit! Teachers deserve more too. STRANGELY my roommate doesn't seem to agree even though she's trying to become a teacher and apparently wants to marry one.
