I had two customers getting a Raspberry Pi Zero each for 99 cents but the catch is that I have to get their name and information so that it's one per household (otherwise the price tiers up or I get to refuse to give them the pi if they don't give their info). These customers were deaf/hard of hearing and I was communicating on paper with them, but the one girl didn't have her info in our system and I had to get her name, but I kept mistyping her name because it was spelled so weirdly and I had trouble reading her handwriting because it was really cursivey.

I felt like she was mad I kept messing it up (it took like 3 tries before I got it right and she was kind of slamming the pen down after writing) but like sorry I can't read your super curly writing???
