I'm from California and hot to me used to be like...90 degrees. Now I whine if it breaks like 75.

My British friends think 70 degrees is a heat wave.

Working out in our warehouse at lunch with it pegged at 95 ... :(

Vegas they at least had the excuse of cheap land bought up by mobsters to get money from people crazy enough to gamble with them.

LA doesn't have a good excuse and so when drought hits you get asshole actors like Tom Selleck literally stealing water by the truckload to water shit.,

We've been hovering at or above 100 for days now in DC. With the crappy humidity here, that makes heat indexes waaaay high.

Only code orange today, rather than the code red we've been having.

In the summer of 2014 I remember getting a really cute little notification on my phone from the Guardian or BBC being like "WARNING: Heat Wave to hit UK. Temperatures expected to reach beyond 27 degrees C."
