They had plenty of evidence against Brady. People go to prison for life with less evidence than they had against Brady.
HOWEVER, he probably wouldnt have gotten suspended for 4 games if he had cooperated with investigators and had just come clean. He's gonna fucking appeal it anyways and end up with 2 games which is way more than fair. Big fuckin deal.
