FFA death match is super addictive.

I start out only planning on playing like one game and then like 5-6 games in i finally decide ive had enough.

This mode seems to have the same like 4 or 5 heroes who come out on top - Roadhog, Reaper, McCree, Tracer, and Hanzo.

I don't think I've seen another hero win a game yet. Junkrats and Soldiers usually do pretty well, too. But there are a lot of heroes that are off limits. I think a Zen won a game once. Or got close.

I don't like that you can't queue with your friends into FFA. I mean, it makes sense so people can't team up but.. for those of us who don't want to team up, it really sucks. Zach & I have to like time our clicks together and just PRAY we land in one together.

As for heroes, I've won as Symmetra and Mercy. I've figured out that playing an odd hero kind of gives you a leg up cause people don't expect them.

But, also, Bastion is DEADLY on this thing. Mainly because he can go hide out in the basement and you just need a few people to straggle down there to get to the 20 kills.

I have seen like 2 Bastions in all of my FFA plays so far and they are always at the bottom.

If I tried to play as Bastion, I think I'd be lucky if I got 5 kills.

I usually crack top 4. Haven't won yet. Got 2nd once, but mostly I get 4th or 5th place. Usually play Mei which is tough, or Widow which is fun.

Been getting destroyed by Roadhogs though.

This moving while healing thing is dumb af.

I've won 4 times already as junk. I really havent tried to play as anyone else yet.

Chateau Guillard is an amazing map and I hope they develop more deathmatch specific maps like it.

Side note - I have two characters with golden guns. Winston who's basically my main and Widowmaker. My golden gun for Widowmaker is purely strategic. Hopefully if they see the gun is gold they won't look at my stats because WOO it's rough.

I was also expecting to get placed much worse in this competitive season since they were talking about fixing the inflated SR issue. But I got in plat so that was nice of them. I'm back in gold now and it feels like home.

My placement matches aren't starting off well. Getting really bad teammates. When we have Roadhog, McCree, and Soldier and I'm bronze kills with Zen, that's bad.

And when I'm Zarya and have gold kills over any DPS, that's also bad.

I'm waiting until a group of you want to play comp so I can at least get good teammates.
