nah mittens stole mine then i tried again the next minute

i thought specific pies had 5 minute cooldowns but really it's whenever you are stolen from, you have to wait 5 minutes to do anything

Christian i think you are going from when Brian first got the pie, not when he actually had it taken

once someone has a pie, do they get to keep it for the full 5 minutes or can someone else steal it (if they're not on cooldown)?
