I think the ratio is perfectly fine tbh. Any more than usual and Town has almost no room for slip ups since Town still dies at a steady rate. If anything needed to be changed in games overall it'd probably be less town power roles and more vanillas even though some people don't find that extremely exciting

I vote for more pudding.

I think that's the problem. I think mods (myself included) put in roles because they want people to continueto play. People needto learn to stay interested no matter what.

It would also help if people would stop quitting the second they get a mafia role. The past few games it seems all the inactives have been scum.

We need to do a game where everyone is mafia. No town, just different mafia factions

I think the 25% mark of mafia to town, is about right depending on third party roles. But I agree that more vanilla's would be nice to see, but everyone always wants a role. It's time to run Lotto mafia, where the town roles change every night or every other night. So you never know what you're going to get.

Maybe making Town the scum faction for a few games would help us all heal.

I do agree with the notion of more vanillas though.

I think that would go a long way.

Ahoben ran one like this and it was actually pretty awesome.

How about 33% Mafia, 33% Town and 33% Third Party?

Maybe we should develop a new faction, like a Fourth Party, consisting entirely of tree stumps.

I usually settle for 25% Mafia and 33% scum, the numbers may vary depending on what type of scum roles there are in a game.

I gave it my all as Mafia, unfortunately I suck at this game. :)
