Saying a sub bun has two slices is like saying you can slice a pizza by cutting halfway in from the crust. That would not make it more than one pizza slice |
I get these pizzas all the time:
Invariably, the pizzas aren't fully sliced all the way through and you have to pull them apart a little. Are you saying I don't have a bunch of slices until I make that tiny last separation?
|
Ya? By definition a slice is when something is completely separated

That's like a perforated pizza. Slice is definitely a completely separated portion.

You have slices of pizza in the sense that you've made the motion but you haven't finished the job.

Funny, I see a bunch of slices myself.
I guess since you guys don't bake you have never run into a recipe where you slice something part of the way through and then put stuff *between the slices*. | How can you have any pudding if you won't eat your meat? |

So a philly cheesesteak comes on the promise of sandwich?
I'll ask my friends in Philly what they think of that concept. ;)

Ut oh, now someone has taken two pizza slices and put two chicken patties in the middle. This pizza sandwich thing is out of control.

Pizza sandwiches seem to be triggering.
|
The fact that you think smooshing two pizzas together turns them into a sandwich invalidates everything you stand for |

The two or more pieces of bread bit is literally the definition of a sandwich |
This item would seem to indicate only 1 piece of bread is needed. Everybody and their brother would call this item a sandwich, and it would appear on every diner menu under the category 'Sandwiches'.

Why the fuck would you not put another piece of bread on that, would make a great sandwich. What are you supposed to do, cut into it?? That's dumb as fuck | Winner of 11 Courses of Thanksgiving
