Lamps does bother me a little, not sure why!
I'm still more suspicious of Angi tbh though, if going by gut feeling.
And I'd like to hear what Rose and JC's reasoning was for trying to switch to Brian yesterday. Why Brian specifically?

Spin let me clarify, I don't think you're scum at this point. But when townies lie they usually get other townies killed. Add in the fact you didn't get blocked after claiming to kill a high HP character it just is puzzling. |

Wikey, for me, it was easy. I believed Sab's claim. Problem was, I also thought Vern was town. So once votes started jumping on Sab for what I considered crappy reasons, I knew I needed to remove myself from that train, and go to someone I actually thought was scummy.
If you want to call it selfish, go right ahead. In the end, I didn't finish the day on the successful lynch train of a member of my own faction.

I didn't lie. I said I killed Dylan. It's entirely possible that I did. I attacked him and he ended up dead.
As for not getting blocked, I have no idea why I wasn't blocked. I was not informed by Boc that my action was unsuccessful, so I am assuming that the action I used last night (non-killing) was successful. If anybody did try to attack me last night, they can verify that it was successful.

Yeah, I'm just particularly interested in why you chose Brian specifically. Other than Day 1 shenanigans he has barely posted.
Did you just think it would be better to get rid of an inactive, given that you believed both Vern and Sab to be town?
To be fair, looking again, you switched to Brian pretty early, and I'd say there was enough time for a counter lynch.
I'd say Rose adding the second vote with barely an hour remaining is more suspicious. I don't see the point in her changing her lynch vote so late when it was quite clear the Brian lynch wasn't going to gather steam.

JC, what was it that prompted you to attack Dylan?

Just so everyone knows, I'm at a conference today (and im the damn presenter!) so my posts will be limited until I get home tonight.

You know Helios is scum when he summarizes everything and then adds to the discussion by picking out one random sentence someone says and writes an italicized diatribe about how it's curious and he really, REALLY wants to know more about it.
"What did you mean by this, though? You are eating a biscuit? A BISCUIT???? Seems a little farfetched to me. Really gonna need to hear more about this biscuit situation." | Yes
With some form of over the top, “Wait, what the actual fuck?!” thrown in
| A biscuit? Are you FUCKING KIDDING ME?
Say it with me... inactive biscuit is still biscuit. And my key to victory. |

I explained my vote yesterday. Didn't like the Sab vote, didn't like the Vernon vote.
As for why Brian specifically:
|
I'm leaning Brian right now. The role hinting today without any kind of followup earlier was weird. Then on Day 1, he was around during the lead up to the tie, and even commented on the deadline approaching, but he didn't talk about it at all besides saying he didn't like Helios pushing for a tie. He just made some jokes and didn't contribute anything. "It's Day 1" doesn't hold anymore when there are actual arguments and discussion going on. He avoided getting involved in the tie entirely.
|
As for why so late:
1. I originally thought deadline was later than it was (was thinking mid-morning Sunday instead of 2am for some reason) so I left my vote floating pretty late because I was hoping Brian would respond to my points.
2. A lot of people were paying lip service to a switch but no one was really switching. There were at least 2 others who were discussing switching to Brian or you(!) But then didn't. I put my vote on because I was busy but if there was going to be a switch, it was there.
3. For the sweet sweet ult points of having cast a vote. Even if it didn't take off, it was better than casting no vote. | d ( i n o s r o a ) r

- Angi, why did you only just report your vote as stolen today?
##Lynch Angi
She seems to be playing a little too cautious to me, and he has opted for lynches on those mentioned above, without actually committing to any of them. |
When would you have liked me to have reported it? Before I knew it was cancelled (not stolen) or never? If you go look at the end of the day, you'll see my name was crossed out of the final tally. So it's not like it was a private thing.
I haven't committed to anyone yet because I don't want my vote cancelled again and not knowing if I get the chance to vote again or not.
Not committing to a vote today is a stupid ass reason to call me scum as I have voted every fucking day lol
You gotta come up with better reasons guys. Not shit that contradicts everything else that's happened already or before. | Fuck You Cancer!!!

I looked through the low posters from D1, and felt him to be more scummy than the others.

It's because of the inactivity. At the end of D1, he made it a point to say that Thursdays are the only time he's normally not around (game night), but that he should be active all other times. Then he posts twice early on D2, and makes some vague comment about how he thinks his role is a lie.
I believed both Sab and Vern to be town, so I thought I'd move my vote with plenty of time before the deadline, to see if I could drum up any pressure on Brian. However, that pressure went nowhere, as everybody felt the need to vote Sab to protect Vern, and nobody would move their vote. In the end, nothing came from it, other than Sab getting lynched.

Do you know that I didn't kill him? I didn't know that for certain, so why not say that I was the one that killed him? If another town member attacked him too, then I am saving them from having to out there role. Like I said, I was attacked pretty strongly on N1, so I figured I was dead on N2 anyways, so I shared everything, and decided to be more forward about my info, to try to protect others from having to claim and out more info for scum.

I'm headed out here in about 15 minutes for class, and will be in different classes pretty much (that's my M/W/F schedule this semester), so I likely won't be around until this evening. Hopefully some other people are willing to step up and start applying some pressure, as it is really weird to see my name at the top of the post count list (and frankly, I could use some help).
