I have Big Ben in my school league so I was pumped! | "So, uh, what are we saying here? If we save LA from a nuclear bomb, then you and I can get together for dinner and a movie?"

I looked up the settings and I thought I had originally changed the waiver priority to start off as inverse of draft order (so last pick = first priority) and as the season progresses, the priority doesn't reset meaning, if you make a waiver wire pick-up and you're #1, you move to #12 in the line instead of having it reset week to week in inverse order of standings. I've changed it, but if people prefer the waiver wire to change every week to the inverse of the standings I can change it back, I just find that the waiver wire is a big part of FF and the former method penalizes good teams for no reason, but majority rules.
Right now it's set so the waiver wire doesn't reset moving forward. The other option is having the waiver wire reset every week according to standings.

it doesn't really matter to me either way, I think there's benefits to either way. Non-resetting kinda sucks if your team's doing bad, but it's probably more fair

That Giants collapse was disgusting. I hate the Cowboys | "So, uh, what are we saying here? If we save LA from a nuclear bomb, then you and I can get together for dinner and a movie?"

You mean that as soon as the games start I'm not allowed to swap out my inactive guy? This is bullshit. It was announced an hour ago! Am I supposed to be obsessively checking this stuff right before the games start?

...also, how do you add and drop people? I had no idea people were doing that. Also, people keep talking about waiver wires and I've seen absolutely nothing going on there. Is that usually a thing in fantasy football and it's just not with us? |

not sure if you're being completely serious but it'd be p bullshit if someone could suddenly start a player who scores a TD a minute into the game
And no, our league has normal waivers - every player is on waivers at the end of each week (Tuesdays), and the waiver requests go through on Wednesday mornings. Everything after that is simple add/drop which has no priority order

I'm not being serious, just venting. I promised myself I'd give 0 fucks about fantasy football and I don't want to break my promise further, so I'm chill about it now. And I have no idea how to add or drop, or why I would waive someone. It's very complex and confusing to me! |

White is expected, I've owned him the last couple years but Jeremy Hill drove me bonkers.
In my money league I had Allen Robinson on the bench. Cost me the game (assuming Gore doesn't get 2 TDs tomorrow night). | "So, uh, what are we saying here? If we save LA from a nuclear bomb, then you and I can get together for dinner and a movie?"

I've been known to check during church. :) lol | A lesson without pain is meaningless. That's because no one can gain without sacrificing something. But by enduring that pain and overcoming it, he shall obtain a powerful, unmatched heart. A fullmetal heart. |
