Cake was silenced and possibly framed.....then maybe we should look back at Days 1 & 2 and see what Cake was thinking.

Cake on day 1:

Lynched Christian because he said he knows him or something.

Cake on day 2:

Said tricks was mafia, possibly as a joke, defended himself against several people accusing him of being scum. Used how he played in previous games as a defense against this. Said he'd put Colby and Herm in confirmed town.

Eh, someone more qualified should probably double check all that. I haven't been paying enough attention the past few days.

On Day 1 Cake lynched Christian, then Alsark, and then Christian again. If scum he would be trying to distance from fellow scum with Alsark.

On day 2 he defended Alsark saying he's a good player and tried to play the meta card about how everyone knows how he plays when he's mafia, and said I was part of the ex cute mafia (no idea what that is tbh).

Cake seems like a pretty interesting choice to silence, but then again there aren't many super talkative people. I'm sure some have questions about her alignment, so it'd seem weird for a scum silencer to silence someone that could potentially get lynch votes. Or maybe it doesn't. She can't defend herself now.

There's no way to know for sure that the people who got the messages actually got all those messages. Could Town have a silencer? Maybe a Stabilizer?

The only reason I could see Town silencing Cake is because of her meta-speak and to have her shut up about that for one day. :P

Here's where we stand.

Moose says that Alsark visited Walk on Night 1. Alsark's role suggests that he was trying to either doc Walk, or roleblock Walk. According to the role description, it would appear that since Alsark visited Walk, and Walk didn't thank the skeletal-whatever, that Walk would be roleblocked that night.

So potentially, Walk is lying about being roleblocked, or Moose's info is false, or I'm missing something else entirely.

Does anyone know how it would work if a person was targeted for a roleblock, but they didn't send actions in? Would they still receive notification that they were blocked?

I don't know that this means Yesfo went looking for liquid. Schrauben was on fire on D1 and needed to find people with liquid to quench the fire. Still, it seems odd to announce you've got it if no one else seems to be in need. Schrauben's condition required him to declare he was on fire, and it also seemed role-specific, not necessarily an effect of someone else's. Then again (again,) it seems silly to set certain people up with liquid for that to not have a role again.

He said "found". Implies he left and got it.

I really doubt the host would let a player know that didnt perform any actions that he was roleblocked. They are usually only let know if their action was blocked if they performed one.

The way the role is worded though, it does make you wonder how anyone would know to thank him. The visitee may not be informed they were roleblocked the next night if they're not submitting an action, but you think Walk would have some insight they could share about the first night of the visit.

So, the messages said that we are to trust Sami and Merc, and not to trust Cake?

There hasn't been much voting today. I came into the day most suspicious of Christian, based on the voting patterns. Last day, I was most suspicious of Boc, based on the day 1 voting.
