I commuted all five years so I feel like I missed out on a lot as well (but I also had to run a business with my mom the first four years - a restaurant, and take care of my brothers).

And I did get involved with intramurals so I was able to meet people and what not that way.

I double majored in English and American Studies (which is basically like studying everything from geography, film, music, law - all courses I've taken that counted towards that major) and I'll be getting my honours degree in June. and now I miss school already, haha.

It was in Pickering, we ran it for 4 years but sold it before the plaza it was in became a dead-end. Got out before it went downhill, haha.

Keeping track of how you all met is like trying to figure out who knows who in Game of Thrones. Someone should draw a friendship map lol.

When the Hunger Games was casting, I got in touch with Drr about having FE be a part of it, and then I joined this board. I then joined ATTWS, where I played pedophile Han-Joo Kim.

Mercuzo, what if I told you you met us all even before that! You found our old dying EN board, tried to recruit for your survivor game. I think Hupu is the only one who joined, which is likely why that failed. I found the backlink to your board from the survivor board, and signed up to FWNN, but I did very little but lurk and draw some guy from madmen in mspaint. Then years later I checked in on you all and signed up at KMB. Then I saw the chaos there and showed Paulus the charming insanity. He then joined to see how long it would take to become admin

Well some guy from IMDB got Admin powers in the span of like 24 hours IIRC. To help out with the Hunger Games. The other admins would have been pissed but they're never there so I doubt they even knew about it.

It's weird that KMB has been around longer than FWNN but FWNN feels more important and had more memories to me. KMB is mostly drama, drama, reminiscing about FWNN, more drama and failed games (though Hunger Games completed, no matter how controversial the finale may have been, it completed damn it! Not to toot my own horn but that is thanks to me).

What sucks is that drama is usually interesting but most drama recently has centered around people that Comm would refer to as redshirts.

There's a healthy dose of drama and there's an unhealthy dose. KMB has a tendency to OD on that unhealthy drama. FWNN had drama towards the end, but the site only lasted a couple of months and it was very active during that time so that's probably why you remember it more I guess.

I think the best drama we had was when I invited people from Reddit and Comm somehow managed to convince Borin that I was plotting some kind of attack (because he hates redshirts and change) so that Borin immediately banned me and everyone who had just joined. I completely flipped my shit that day and wanted Borin's adminship removed and it was a massive ordeal but compared to all of the other drama that definitely crosses the line despite being funny to some it was pretty light and hilarious to look back on.
