In all seriousness, somebody explain Masons to me and what would make somebody unrecruitable. I don't understand it at all. They don't even have an alternate win condition listed, so I don't understand why you would even bother recruiting someone. I'm clearly missing context. Also, like, why is nobody pointing out that Curtis's role is just question marks? I assume that's just related to a power everybody else knows about? Fill me in on the meta people!

Rose can answer the mason question since she seems to be one, but Masons are sometimes Town (they are in this case per Steph's role), and generally have a forum where they can talk together. Someone being scum would make them unrecruitable. There's more to talk about in a cult situation but this isn't cult.

It looks like someone used a Janitor role on Curtis which means we don't get to see the role. I've seen roles where the reveal is delayed or not ever revealed until the game is over. That's probably a Mafia/scum role since it makes no sense for town to withhold info like that.

I thought you couldn't be KEVIN'd twice in the game but just looked back and you're right. You can't be KEVIN'd back to back days.

I've been on Rodney's case for a while. Just like I was sussing Rose and Brian, and a little of Steph/Shadow! Two of whom have flipped/been confirmed as town. :muscles: So take this with a grain of salt. If Rodney is telling the truth then it's just terrible luck for town, but it'd be hard not to lynch him given he's now admitted he's either part of a second mason group or lying as scum. Two mason groups, so many able to confirm as town seems... unlikely? If Rodney is scum, he'd need to get one of his scum mates to go along with being the one who recruited him, so it's a big lie and a messy one potentially. If you lynch Rodney, that'd out two scum if he goes that route. My guess is Rodney will prob say he was recruited by Curtis tho? Which would be an instant lynch imo. Problem with Rodney's claim will be who did their recruiter try and recruit on N2? They'd have to reveal that person as well. (So 3 of them confirmed town???) Or they'd have to claim it failed. But then... why didn't that recruiter die like Steph did? They could say it was a 1 time thing, and not like the other mason? But with how broad Steph's mason powers were, why would there be a second set? I guess wait and see what Rodney says. It's an inventive claim but there's just too much around it that collapses if he's actually scum to be a good one. Best way for him to go about it if he is scum would be to be unwilling to reveal who it was who recruited him, but then he probably gets lynched anyway. If he's actually town then we gotta hope the one who recruited him is convincing there.
