I’m watching the new History of Gaming documentary on Netflix. I forget the name but it’s hard to miss on the main page right now. Produced by Great Big Story who I love on youtube for their short form documentaries. So far so good. It’s a five parter .

I watched that earlier in the week, p solid. I'm glad they mostly focused on aspects that aren't as well-known, like they hardly touched on the making of Super Mario Bros at all for example cuz it's already so well-documented and instead had half an ep dedicated to the Rock the Rock thing. I hope they continue it

Yeah it's really well made. Definitely showing more of the unheard of stories.

That's their specialty! Their YouTube channel is really great, but a little overwhelming too, because all of the content is like oddball stories that you randomly feel like watching.

I just started watching The World's Toughest Race and I'm kind of obsessed with it now. Every team is so rootable.

Has anyone watched AP Bio? Saw a trailer for it and it looked like it could be funny.

I watched the first couple eps at a friends' a while back, it seemed alright, kind of average network comedy. Howerton seemed great as usual tho

Yes but then brought back. Season 3 starts in September I think on their streaming service.

new docuseries on HBO about that Hollywood sex cult that was in the news a couple years ago. Super fascinating so far, kinda sad that I can't just binge the whole thing rn

I watched 4 episodes of the new season of Lucifer this weekend. Gonna watch the last 4 this week. I also saw Netflix has new episodes out for a show called the legend of monkey, or something like that, and I loved season one. Gonna binge that this weekend for sure. I was looking for Monk, but Netflix wants to shit the bed and not have it on there. Who doesn't want to rewatch Monk for the 10th time though?
