I apologize. He was never convicted, it was just her word against his, but she was dressed like a slut so you know she was asking for it.

So my dad got fined $400 for literring with malicious intent and he's mad they're making him pay after he got caught on video and made a full confession to police.

Now he thinks he's going to go on a crusade to topple the corruption of the township in retaliation and all of this is because he was in a pissy mood and the township didn't pick up his yard clippings.

Ok, so the one thing I don't understand about the guy from Stanford that "raped" that girl.

She was supposedly like black out unconscious and his story was that she did consent, so how do we even know that she like didn't say yes and she just doesnt remember.

And all these people on the internet are like crucifying this kid. Not to mention that he was fucking drunk off his ass too and I'm sure doesn't going around randomly raping people when he's sober.

And now like USA swimming has banned him from all future events so he can never participate in the Olympics or whatever.

I dunno, the whole thing seems just like massive overkill to me.

Yah the convicted felon should be allowed to swim.

And the fact that her vagina was battered, it happened behind a dumpster, and he ran when confronted rather than explain it was consensual is compelling enough. He was convicted, the jury has more evidence and they find him guilty. He doesn't need your defense.
