So my roommate is toking on the balcony and there is like this bird on the gutter up above (we're on the 2nd floor). And it charges at him, and he like runs inside frekaing out. I'm like dude whats up? And he's like dude there's a bird on our balcony. It's a parrot! idk if it's somebody's pet or something but it keeps charging into the glass window and was climbing on the screen and shit. now we can't go on our balocny
