I have a bunch of the Herbert/Anderson extended Dune books, but I got bored with them after awhile and just focused on the originals.

Huh, I didn't realize mine was an extended version!

It's the 50th anniversary edition though, so it would make sense.

I have the original magazine issues it was published in; found them at a flea market some time back.

I have successfully taught a 6th grade class in the Poconos about video game design.

I have to finish building and programing a lego robot by tomorrow. It's supposed to be a partner project, but my partner hasn't tried to do anything for it or set up a time to meet up and do the project, SO I GUESS I WILL RAISE THIS ROBOT BY MYSELF I'm not going for the extra credit tho fuck that kid

So at my workplace, returns are done in one part of the store that's to your right when you walk in and has a big banner that says "RETURNS & EXCHANGES" above it. The amount of people I have to redirect... -_-

It's one thing to go to a normal check out register with a return since most stores do it that way (but ours literally cannot do returns or exchanges and it makes way more sense for us to have a returns area instead of allowing returns anywhere (the techs have to do stuff to everything and their area is behind the returns spot, and there's just no space at the registers for extra shit)), but something makes them come over to the area marked "WEB ORDER PICK-UP" and I have to send them all the way to the other side of the store because they didn't turn right or fucking look up when they walked in. I mean, I know from working at Disney World that people don't pay attention to their surroundings but come on!

I think they think that because there's a large counter and a table with stuff on it on a main path through the entrance area, that means it's for returns. Technically, the pick-up computers can do returns and stuff, but that's for when orders get messed up and stuff, not for taking normal returns.
