Has anyone had experience with Amazon Trade Ins? I purged a lot of my old engineering notes / books and found out that about 7 of them were still worth money and no new editions had been published in the last 10 years. Their tracking through UPS lists "Delivered" but the status on Amazon says "Not Yet Received/In Transit". It's been like this since Saturday

Not sure if this is normal or when I should contact customer service.

Ya, I've traded in a lot of stuff to Amazon before. They usually take a few days before they credit your account. But amazon is super good about customer service. As long as you shipped it with the label they gave you, you'll be fine.

Yeah- if your business has it as part of its package, they may give discounted versions for home use.
