For Herm to be mafia with Jamie, Jamie would have had to either
Blocked someone who died, making it possible for Herm to claim the lure

People probably reluctant to out the fact they have visting roles, which is fair. I don't think we're in a bad enough situation to warrant that yet. Two mafia dead on Day 3 is quite a solid start. | | |

People blocked tend to quickly reveal it here unless they have a killing role. Although there is always the popular block/silence approach especially if scum knows said person has info they could reveal. | | |
