I didn't get the chick-fil-a sauce because I was so overwhelmed when they asked me what kind of sauce I wanted, so I just said BBQ. NEXT TIME I will try their sauce on my sandwich because I need chick-fil-a again ASAP. I can't stop thinking about it.

I think we only just got them in California within the past two years. The Bay has a bunch but So Cal only has like two or something.

YOU CANT TRADE WHAT WAS NEVER YOURS VLADY

FFA, much as we hate to admit it, was GLB first. Darkus was even a mod at GLB, so there you go.

Yeah, but I was a FFA mod on GLB, not a GLB mod. So just because it was on that site doesn't make me a GLBer as much as I'm sure you would love to claim me you can't have me. :P

FFA was FFA and is FFA still

You also just tried to claim Darkus, who pretty much dissected FFA from GLB entirely

I say again- Darkus was a GLB Mod. FFA was a GLB forum.

It's like you are arguing that "My mom had nothing to do with me existing."

I prefer my fast food without a thick dose of evangelism.

FUNNY YOU SHOULD ASK. I'm moving there by August. Looking in Arlington and Alexandria for housing right now. I have an interview next week! Fingers crossed, but I'm moving regardless of my job situation.

I'm totally aware of stuff like my clothing. There's actually an awesome Zombie short story about this very subject that I'll have to go look up the name of.

Chick-fil-a is trying to do more to hide their Southern Baptist roots after the gay marriage controversy, but they are still there. They even used to have Bible quotes on the cups. I don't shop at Hobby Lobby and the like either. I figure if it is a big enough deal for them to point out their religion and/or politics as part of their business, then they should have no problem with me keeping my $$ to support someone else.

They need to cool it with the "my pleasure" business. That + the super Arian looking employees made me a little uncomfortable (and still does). Shout out to the one Asian kid working at my local Chick-fil-a though. Out there doin' the most.

How are they hiding it? They are closed on Sundays. I remember Sarah Palin sucking their dick back when she was relevant. I mean obviously it's ultimately your choice, but a lot of businesses do scumbag things and if you base your decisions on that there is a lot of other shit you'd be boycotting.

They tried big time to back pedal after the gay marriage fiasco, because they polled well with old people but millennials were starting to be a problem, especially as they tried to grow their market outside the South.

Here's an older article on how they tried to shift more to issues like "antibiotic-free chicken" in order to downplay the Baptist roots.

And yes, I don't spend my money a lot of places that I have problems with. I still avoid Dominos, even if the money doesn't fund Opus Dei like it once did. I avoid Papa John's because John is a piece of shit. I try to balance convenience with conscience. There's usually a fantastic local pizza place I can fund instead.
