Started “The Outsider”.

4 episodes in. Ben Mendleson. Based on a Stephen King book I believe. A little supernatural to it.

Good so far.

Its good!

I recently finished Broadchurch (all 3 seasons). One of the best series I ever watched, if not THE best.

I love Broadchurch - both David Tennant and Olivia Coleman are Sooo great in it. I've rewatched it a couple of times.

Also, don't listen to Christian. Happy Valley isn't even close. :P

hey, the acting is just as good. It's different in format as it's not so much a mystery but Sarah Lancashire is so great in it. :P !

some of you may have read in Christian Mingles about my fun coincidence with the book and Netflix series The Stranger, but I've been watching that. It's 8 episodes and I've got 3 to go.

Having read the book it's based on, I know where some of the plot is going but I'm still so intrigued by the other stuff that I have no idea about and I like noticing the small changes and things they've added. I'm enjoying it so far.

A former colleague of mine recommended The Stranger to me yesterday, so that series is on my short list too.

My RIYL Broadchurch would be The Missing. Season 1 has a similar feel to it imo.

the book was one that I never wanted to put down. The series would probably be the same if I didn't have an idea where it was going.

Going back to Broadchurch for a bit though, wasn't that lady who lived in the trailer on the beach with her dog a great actor? She was one of my favourite characters.

OMG I LOVE The Missing. (I think we see eye to eye lol). Season 2 was better for me but I loved them both.

I think I may have watched Top of the Lake but can't remember - which means it wasn't as good. But in case I didn't, I may try to watch.

Also "You" on Netflix was good imo. It's a kinda funny tongue-in-cheek where the stalker guy is the main character and you see it through his eyes. Season 1 was better than Season 2.

Also "The Fall" is one of my favorites. It's not as creepy to me as it probably should have been, and I was on the side of the SK and also on the side of law enforcement at the same time.
