The Bears and the Jets are the only two teams to clear out both their head coach and GM. Seems fitting.

I'd take down your sig in shame right now if I were you.

At least save some dignity.

Steelers would have won/had a better show with LeVeon Bell. The minute it was announced he wouldn't be playing, it was almost game over imo.

The continual presence of NJ Governor Chris Christie in Jerry Jones's box is hilarious when you consider that New Jersey roots Giants and Eagles: http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/eye-on-football/24697058/facebook-releases-nfl-fan-map-of-us-jets-have-no-fans

Detroit got absolutely fucked. I've never seen a flag get picked up after it was announced like that

ha!

Go for it on 4th and 1, don't have a 10 yard punt, stop the Cowboys on 4th and 6, don't hold on 3rd and 7, make a stop on 3rd and goal. Don't fumble it twice on a game winning drive.

Yep.. that 1 picked up flag determined the game.

Um, Pats vs Panthers, Kuechly's bearhug on Gronk
Please ask me on October 1st if they woke me up. I've literally never heard it before and I'm definitely not tired of it.

Nope, not the same situation at all actually! That was never announced as a penalty. Which is good because it, y'know, wasn't a penalty

For a team that's been to the AFC Championship for 4 straight years I dunno how you can still be hung up about a Monday Night game that means absolutely nothing in the long run. Reminds me of Packer fans still bitching about the Fail Mary

It was definitely holding if not PI, c'mom now.

It actually made a difference because had that flag not been picked up we would've been playing in Foxboro instead of Denver

Not necessarily. Packer fans make the same claim with the Fail Mary (it affected seeding somehow) but it's not like changing a play like that happens in a vacuum. It would've had a ripple effect one way or the other

And it's not like it's a guarantee the Patriots win that game if it is called a penalty anyway
