I haven't been in about 10 years, but I grew up right next to a ski resort. I skied and snowboarded for about 11 years. Hoping it's like riding a bike.

Update: I found my chicken strips. They were on the bottom shelf. For a second I thought I dreamed that I had them or something

Living near a resort would be really nice, especially when I'm tired and facing that long drive home each week. The kids say we need to move closer to a resort. If I were going to do that it wouldn't be in this part of the country. I'd move somewhere with a much longer season.

Thanks! And it turns out the manager misspoke and they want me on Wednesday.

I think she told me "no sneakers" and that the outfit I interviewed in was totally fine for the dress code, but I was sitting here like "The boots I wore that day are not for walking and standing all day in!" and wondering if I can get away with professional flats.

They probably weren't talking about your footwear, mostly the actual clothes.

I would think anything dark colored and sensible would work.
