I look forward to casting my predominantly blue ballot in a VERY red state for the 17th straight year.

I have to say, I don't know if all this caravan stuff's supposed to be fear mongering before the election or if people really think there's an invasion coming, justifying sending the army.

It all seems unreal to me.

One side's ads for governor feature a puppy talking about the incumbent voting against animal cruelty and cracking down on puppy mills so puppies like him can have better lives. "They say a dog is man's best friend, but a Wolf is mine! :) "

Things I learned by watching TV in Arkansas:

-Nancy Pelosi and Hillary Clinton are running for office in Arkansas
-Brown (or middle eastern, or both?) people are invading our borders from Guatemala
-The only "real" choice for the state supreme court is the "only real christian conservative" nominee
-Also, black people shouldn't get to vote (unless its for republicans)

From commercials in Missouri, I have learned that both candidates for every single office have done dishonest things and been caught in lies.

All of the adds are super negative. I haven't heard one single "this is what we can do for you" ad.

There is a nice bill up for vote that hits the lobbyists pretty hard, but they have attached statewide redistricting, per a plan to be named later by someone in an newly created position to be named later, to it.

We can legalize medical mj under 3 choices
1 would have a 4% tax and allow home growing
2 would tax it at 15%, but proceeds would go to the shady lawyer who proposed it so he could "cure cancer"
3 would tax it at 2% and require local approval
