Isn't Bomb usually a Town role and designed to take out whoever attacks them at night as opposed to Town Vengeful which takes out someone that lynches them?

No, Bomb usually takes out the last person on the lynch, but sometimes you can choose from the last 2-3 votes or the entiore lynch.

It can be town, but I see it as mafia most often.

On Mafia Wiki it's likened to PGO. I know it depends on the host but I have seen it as Town more, iirc.

Curtis at 18%
Sock at 15%
Rose at .01%

We tend to use all the terms vengeful bomb etc kinda interchangeably but mafia that takes out town that lynches them is a role user to have nearly every game way back in the day

Then it got boring and became rare

Anyway, if mafia bomb is a possibility, no one who is probably town should be on the lynch. And that includes Curtis just in case.
