Mercy Mercy is friendly, exceptionally smart and can literally bring people back from the dead (in a non-creepy way). She's a great addition to any line up because she has a personality that is easy to get along with and bringing people back to life is just... really, really powerful. There is now a better way of bringing Goku back than collecting those pesy 7 dragon balls to wish him back! She can also fly and both heal and amplify the damage of her friends as long as she is nearby, so even though she won't be doing too much fighting on her own, she's someone you pretty much always want on your team. She is kinda like the mom of a team that will always be carefully looking after the rest of the team's well being and making sure things don't get too out of hand. Oh, and she's a beautiful, blonde bombshell so she has that going for her as well.
