so, i've played a game which is essentially this, but they score it the same way you do in sheep. so, solo answers get 1 point, duos get 2, etc. then whoever has the least points at the end wins (and if you submit a bogus answer, you automatically get the max points for that round). they call it "golf sheep" aka trying to get a low score like in golf
it might be fun to try grading that this way? at the very least, it'd be less likely to tie.
HAPPY to continue doing it the goat way! not a sermon, just a thought |
I considered it when I did it. Also, people are used to getting way more points in the other two farm animals games. Can you imagine if I had scored it that way and someone like Dyl or Boc won - Spin would FLIP OUT! |
So this is what I'm thinking:
Correct answers get a point for each person who voted that, like Brian said.
Incorrect answers don't get max points, but instead get a point for every person who had a correct answer (so if you guess wrong on something everyone else got wrong, you don't lose points, but if you are wrong when everyone else had a correct answer, you just got hosed). |
Wait what? I'm going to be pissed if you change the whole concept lol

No, concept is the same, it's just refining brian's idea on scoring.
(I was actually going to score both ways and see if it changed anything, but wasn't going to say that).

24 responses, so I am closing down the Goat.
Scoring will be by JJ's original format, though I will put brian's alternate format in parenthesis to see if there is any difference in the final results.
