I've had greens that are pretty tasty, and some that tasted like they dug them out of their backyard and boiled them for a few min ... :(

There are some Korean soy sauces with anise that are fantastic.

Soy sauce contains a mold that my gag reflex literally won't let me smell for very long. If it's used sparingly and buried in other flavors I can eat a little of it.

Where do you stand on cilantro?
