it's actually hard to describe it without spoilers beyond that it's a show about hackers trying to bring down the big banks and start an economic revolution ala Fight Club
I'd just watch the pilot at least, it'll give you a good idea if it's a show for you | |

holy shit, the last seasons were indeed spectacles over long plot intrigues but that's okay I guess, because it was still awesome. season 7 was too short though, suddenly the snow was falling, and the wall came down :O
jampacked season man. revelations, reunions, consequences, it all came down like a hammer. the BIG truce meeting was interesting. bronn/tyrion/podrick, hound/brienne/jamie for example. almost all the keyplayers left, in one place, mixed feelings.
I knew cersei wouldn't play straight, she's just too big a cunt for that. I just hope arya gets to kill her in the end. she's getting better at it with every kill I guess, some nice cutting job on littlefinger. nobody was sad to see him go, he is done fucking around!
speaking of which, jon and khaleesi are family aren't they? just couldn't keep that incest-thing out of your house back in the days it seems. well well, our special "bastard". jon snow, jon dorne? jon targaryen?? oh scratch all of that, it's aegon targeryan! that changes a lot. that was some neat plot throughout, didn't see any of that coming. just like I didn't expect the nightking to snatch a dragon and ride it like a boss! oh men....
goddamn this wait is ALREADY a bitch....2019 if things get dragged out. *SIGHS*

oh good question! no simple answer to it though, I guess, as there are just too many great characters on this show. people I hated at first became very likable over the course, started to grow on me etc.
welllll...jon seemed cool from day 1, so did tyrion and arya. and don't forget bronn, brienne or the hound! oh men, if i had to pick only one though, it would be....THE HOUND, I think.

did anyone else think that the mission to get the wight was kind of..."stupid" and/or unnecessary?
I mean I get what they intended to do, but at what cost really? that cool drunk dude from the brotherhood died, which was sad to see. and MORE importantly I guess they lost a fucking DRAGON, also very sad to see. jon almost died, but BENJEN made sure that wouldn't happen. another thing that bothered me: why didn't he ride off with jon? he didn't have to stay back. horse could have carried them both....well, meh. | "There he goes. hehe @ this thread
I don't care much about how the show ends these days, I expect totally nothing. I eat potato chips and crunch my way through there. judging by the last posts in oct 2017, back then I was more ino it, and seemed really eager to see the show continue and end. meh.... | "There he goes.
