Maybe Herm has hidden text and a drawback of him protecting someone from blocks/redirects is that he blocks them/burns up their results? I could kinda buy that, like a Jailkeeper who protects someone but prevents them from using their role

So he thinks he's protecting someone from a roleblock, but instead roleblocks them himself?

i didnt get the burned flavour maddie got, if lamps is saying his said roleblocked then its 2 different actions, mine said distracted

So if Herm is telling the truth (and given the burning of Maddie's results, this is seeming more of a stretch), then there could be multiple RBers out there beyond the town rber, mafia rber. Maybe third party or cult rber? I just don't see the usefulness of a protect somebody from such a small chance- i.e., two rbers and one- maybe more redirectors.

Yeah that doesn't really track.

He claimed to be able to prevent redirects and RB's only. Is that correct?

Yes, that's what he claimed his role does.

Oh yeah it kinda makes no sense to protect someone from having their action blocked but then block that action yourself. Tho it's also kinda hilarious as a bastard role

I do want to note that yesterday was the second time that Timmah has gotten attention for surviving and then had us get "distracted" in another direction. Could be coincidence, could be not. Aries flip and Cherry being apparent Vig seems to make Timmah look better, though.

I don't see Cherry as SK- it would be pretty risky to CC Aries like that only to be the SK.

I do want to hear more from Herm obviously. I'm still a little unsure of his claim. Partly of the claim itself, but also the way he went about it.

I believe DS' role, but his alignment could still be in question. (Sorry for bringing it up again :P)

Jamie gives me vibes only because he kept bringing it up cult, from what I can remember. If Mafia Aries was truly 'distracted', and Jamie was also 'distracted', is there a connection?
