We did ours at the Sandals White House in Jamaica. It was nice. A friend got married right after me at an all inclusive just outside cancun. It was nice too. About 4 days into our honeymoon, we decided that it would have been fun to have friends with us, though we did make "honeymoon friends". The cancun wedding put that to the test. Hanging out at an all inclusive with 30 friends is a blast.

Not sure if that helps you. The sandals wasn't too expensive, and there were plenty of things to do. Or, you may be exhausted like I was, and just want to waste away for a week on a beach with a waitress bringing you drinks.

I was born and raised in California. Lived in Seattle, San Francisco, Paris, and London, and Washington DC over the course of undergraduate studies. Currently living in London, UK but moving back to the U.S. next month!

I've been to more countries than states in my homeland, so when I move back my goal is to see more of the U.S.

Countries I've been to:
Australia
Austria
Belgium
Canada
Czech Republic
Denmark
England
France
Germany
Ireland
Italy
Japan
Netherlands
Portugal
Scotland
Slovakia
Spain
Wales

I live in the US, but I've been to Canada once. That's it for countries I have visited, but I wanna visit France and Japan. I still don't have a passport.

As for states, I live in Pennsylvania and I've lived in Florida. I've visited New York, Arkansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Texas, Tennessee (but I don't remember that trip because I was a baby), New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia. And I wanna visit Puerto Rico and Hawai'i.

Get together the cash for a passport- it's not getting any cheaper. We just went to get passports for the kids and I walked out $212 poorer. Adult first time passports are more expensive (I think the current fee is $110 +$25 processing fee).

As for states: I was born in Arizona, but moved to Cali when I was three- with family in Arizona, we were there all the time. We had a cabin in Tahoe and a bunch of family moved to Vegas, so I've spent plenty of time in Reno and Vegas in Nevada. While out west I've done Hawaii, Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Colorado.

Once I came east, I've hit most of the seaboard: Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, North Caroline, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida. For work or to visit family, I've done West Virginia, Ohio, Kentucky, Illinois.

Most of the rest I haven't hit yet are "fly-over states" as my wife calls them. I do want to do Louisiana at some point, but probably getting to old and cranky goth for it.

Friends of my mom were living there, and we went to visit.

I was a kid and couldn't speak any English at all, except for the sentence "I don't speak English" lol.
