Is this game fun? I watched the first episode but I haven't played it.

Yes. Lots of exploring you can do, many different outcomes. Has a surreal amount of replayability.

Spoiler + Hard to say how much of that actually changed other than altered dialogue tbh. A lot of characters were still calling me a hero for being on the rooftop and trying to save her, telling me I did all I could. That's basically all that I expected to change though anyway (plus the shrines and whiteboard messages). There was actually a scene with Kate's roommate though, where you can comfort her and try absolve her guilt. Was there anything like that for you? and unrelated, but did you find the homeless woman?

I more so meant the general vibe of the episode must've been different really And nah I never found her. I know where she is though because I've found her before, she's in an alley behind the diner. I forgot to go back there when I visited

I might get this game after I come back from vacation. I'm excited to do my own exploring and it gets kinda boring watching someone else play and miss certain things. It's definitely a game you gotta play yourself to truly appreciate and get involved.
I always cringe at the dialogue. Worst part of the game.

Just watching Episode 1 now since it's not available for Mac. These kids at this school are infuriating. They all act like trolls who are blocking Max from crossing the bridge.

-left the money -DIDN'T kiss chloe. ew. -sided with chloe -hurt the dog. dead dogs don't bark and alert their owner, guys. plus i think i remember it being nasty and mean, but that may just be me rationalizing it. -frank has david's gun, missed it entirely in the RV -lisa is alive! -didn't edit warren's test. it's weird, i noticed the B- or whatever, but missed the fact that i could change it -i'm on the party list -i changed the party list as well -erased the answering machine message -helped alyssa for the first time! she was cool about it and suggested we get a group to go visit kate, and i promised to help her more in the future -warned the homeless woman and i'm shocked you guys didn't, she's one of my favorite characters, i basically went to her immediately when i got to the diner. -didn't take a photo in the past, just didn't notice the opportunity -left a mark on the fireplace
