I've had The Bay downloaded, have been meaning to watch it. Haven't heard of the other two.

This article is spot on when it comes to endless Netflix scrolling through horror movies. It's tough to find good ones. I always like these lists

I watched Jug Face last year, weird little movie. The Conspiracy is the one I posted about the other night, and last night I watched The Pact. That one was pretty good, some cool/original creepy moments

I might watch Dream Home tonight. If any of you watch any others from this list, lemme know if they're worth it or not

Haven't seen a single thing from the first list, but that second list is full of good stuff.

Pontypool I tried to watch once and wound up doing something else. I retried a few months ago and paid attention and really enjoyed it. It takes place almost entirely in a radio station, but the premise is pretty original. The Maniac remake is p. good too, it's weird but fitting to see Frodo in the slasher role.

I feel like all of the other movies I would suggest from that list you have probably at least heard of if not seen.

Haha The Bay is pretty f-ed up movie, lol!

And since we're talking about f-ed up movies, I might as well bring up the most f'ed up of um all.

Who has seen The Human Centipede II? The unrated version... That's fucking sick!

I recently watched Sorority Row. I watched it back in 2009, well ofcourse me being like 12 or something, thought it was pretty cool!

Well, I watched it again yesterday. And what a fucking clusterfuck of a movie. There are the most stupid 'try and make the audience shocked' type cliches that just totally don't work and only made me frustarated on the fact that I wasted half of my night looking at crap. Also the reveal of who the killer was and the motive... Was a fucking joke, and they even continued to try and make it serious. The writers didn't even try to make anything intelligent out of it.

The only good stuff I can say from that movie is the cinematagrophy, they had some pretty badass shots. And also pretty creative kills. And sexy as hell chicks!

But for the rest it was a crappy movie with a crappy plot.

Check out the original one, that one is way more worth you're time and it really gives off that 80's slasher vibe... Well cause it was from the 80's. But those are the classica imo! I watched the remake on Netflix, so I know its on there. It's too bad about the original not being on there though!

*Checking through the Horror section on Netflix and sees 'The Woman in Black'. Thinks back all the way to when I bought it a year ago before I had Netflix....*

Since I just posted about REC in the Movie topic, I will ask about the sequels here. I see they will be up to three sequels when REC 4 is finished - are they any good? Unlike the first one I don't think I've ever seen anyone mention them.

Or what about the American remake Quarantine and its sequel?

If you liked REC you will probably like REC 2. I thought it felt like more of the same and not as good, but still a worthwhile sequel. I haven't seen the others but apparently after that they start becoming horror-comedies.

If you go to the REC 3 wikipedia page and scroll down to the bottom, you see one of the labels it's categorized under includes "2010s Romantic Comedy Films." So there's that.

Lol. Yeah Rec and Rec2 does it for me with that series. I try and forget the third one doesn't exsist,

And about Quarantine.... The first one is practically a (somewhat 'shot by shot') remake of Rec. but still fun to see. Espicially because it has goddess Jennifer Carpenter in it!

The sequel of Quarantine is pretty cool it isn't in the same apartment building, it takes place in a plane terminal. But it is a Cliche Fiasco... Which Hollywood can't seem to get the message that people are sick of that! But it's (definitely -----> I think that's how you write it... Gosh, I already forgot it, lol.) still worth the watch tho.

I can only think of Jennifer Carpenter as Dexter's sister now. And it's weird when she's not cussing every other word. I guess I'll move on to the sequels to each now.

Haha, yeah. I honestly remember her most as being Emily Rose. From that brilliant movie 'The Exorcism of Emily Rose'. I can literally watch that like, forever. Non stop. Lol, have you guys seen it? If you haven't you guys should def check it out, I believe it's also on Netflix.

Yeah, it was alright from what I remember but I don't think I ever rewatched it. But I have seen that it's been playing on Showtime or one of the movie channels seemingly every night for the past month or so.

Is there some spike in horror movie watching lately or what? Seems like everyone watching them now.
